Garage floor systems
We help you pick on the estimate. This is not a price list.
- Flake. Color chips in a clear topcoat. Hides small slab variation. The look most homeowners ask about for a garage.
- Solid color. One color, clean lines. Works when the slab is in good shape and you want a simple floor.
- Metallic. A flowing color look for a garage you want to show. Needs a sound slab and a clear conversation about maintenance.
- Polyurea, when it fits. A faster-cure option we use where the schedule and the slab call for it. We will tell you on site whether epoxy or polyurea is the right system.
Optional anti-slip aggregate is available when the garage stays wet or you want more grip. We decide that with you.
How a garage job goes
- Call. Tell us your city, roughly how big the garage is, and what is wrong: oil, hot-tire marks, old paint, cracks, or bare concrete.
- Onsite estimate. We look at the slab. The estimate is free.
- Prep. Cleaning, mechanical prep, and the repairs the coating needs so it bonds.
- Install and cure. We tell you when you can walk on it and when you can park. Cure time depends on the system and the weather.
- Walkthrough. You see the floor with us before we call it finished.
