First of all I would like to start by saying that George has amazing customer service skills. From the moment I called until my travertine floor was restored he was there every step of the way, making sure everything was running smooth. He even called me in the middle of the job to make sure the guys were not interfering with my activities around the house. Not to mention the results Jahir and his team, Joe and Danny did an amazing job my wife and I are extremely happy.

]]> When I was preparing to host a new years party, I was concerned about my guest staining my beautiful gray limestone kitchen island, to prevent this, I went and bought a very nice protective tablecloth. The day after the party I realized that for some reason the tablecloth had been moved and left a corner area of the island unprotected. Apparently, my wonderful friends who I adore figured they would rather protect my tablecloth than my island and ended up putting their wine glasses on the stone instead. Leaving rings all over the area. John came in, was very specific about what I could expect when refinishing the island and after a few weeks of obsessing over the rings had the work done by Jahir. Now it looks like nothing ever happened to it. I have nothing but great things to say about John and Jahir they are excellent people and very professional.

]]> These guys are great; I truly recommend their work. Marcos and Joe arrived on time ready to work, they explained to me exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to go about it, they explained what I could expect from the job and made themselves available. Everything went as planned and they left my travertine looking like new. Truly a group of trustworthy people I will be calling them back to have my granite countertops repolished.
